Alexandra Maria Lara is a Romanian-German actress on television and film most well-known for her roles in films like Downfall Youth Without Youth Control and Rush. Alexandra was the sole daughter of Romanian actor Valentin Platareu. At the age of 16, she had already landed several television roles, which included the leading role in Downfall Youth Without Youth Control. Her portrayal of Adolf Hitler's Secretary Traudl Jue, from Downfall (an Oscar-nominated historical war film) was both critically and critically acclaimed commercially. The Reader and Der Baader Meinhof Komplex are two other Oscar nominees featuring the divas. Over the years Alexandra has worked in several notable international and national projects. The projects include British biographical films Control Greek dramatic film The Dust of Time French historical Miniseries Napoleon as well as other.
